Quote requests submitted through our website are sent using Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, and delivered to us by email. WhatsApp messages are handled through WhatsApp's own platform, subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
We may share relevant enquiry details with the cleaning service matched to your enquiry, solely for the purpose of arranging and carrying out the clean.
We retain enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and for a limited period afterwards for record-keeping.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us via WhatsApp.
